For over two decades, I’ve been immersed in the world of holistic healing- teaching yoga, Reiki, and Thai bodywork; managing wellness studios; and guiding individuals and groups through embodied practices that reconnect them to their purpose. Through these years of teaching, offering sessions, and running my own wellness center, I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to build a meaningful, sustainable, and prosperous practice in the healing arts.

Today, I support massage therapists, bodyworkers, and holistic practitioners who are ready to take their craft and business to the next level.
Some come to deepen their technical skill or presence in session work.
